A huge thank you to Sauna Social Tramore for looking after our Senior team with a complimentary recovery session last week.
With a very quick turnaround between our clash with Kerry on Monday 2nd February and Dublin on Saturday 7th February, recovery was absolutely key. The session made a real difference to the squad and was hugely appreciated by both players and management.
At this level, preparation and recovery go hand in hand, and support like this truly matters.
